I can’t say enough about Rob as a personal trainer. His workouts are challenging, fun, unique and above all you get results. Using an outside space instead of a gym is something I would highly recommend and that’s what Rob uses. Look at the 3 months Rob trained me with the Sky Fit Challenge and it’s obvious he is great at what he does.

“Rob is the most motivating trainer I’ve worked with.   Never are any two sessions the same, which I love.   You always feel challenged and never feel bored with your workouts.  He’s also very good at making sure your technique is correct and explaining why you’re doing an exercise.   This is so important to me.  Not to mention he’s a really nice guy and makes each workout fun too, even when he’s making you sweat!”

“Rob is a phenomenal trainer. Thanks to his work, for the first time in about ten years of ““trying to lose about 15 pounds”” I’m finally starting to see a difference. He’’s incredibly focused and tailors each workout to his client’s specific needs. He also keeps you on your toes – in 6 months of training i have yet to do the same workout twice. He has an extraordinary depth of knowledge and is constantly finding different ways to push you and further your progress. He lets you know how to get the most out of each exercise all the while, keeping a watchful eye to make sure you maintain good form throughout.

His enthusiasm is contagious and is a constant source of motivation both during the session and the week. Not only has he helped with my workouts but he’s also been a driving force in keeping my nutrition in check, and he isn’t afraid to call me out when he senses I’m falling off the wagon. One of the best things though is, in addition to getting the cosmetic weight and strength I’ve wanted, he always manages to incorporate movements that also improve balance, flexibility and – to my mother’s delight – posture, so I leave each session feeling ready to take on anything. I would recommend Rob to anybody, and everybody- you will be hard pressed to find a better trainer!”

Motivator, cheerleader, friend, ass kicker….

Over the last 5 months, Rob has helped me to lose over 40 lbs. He is completely involved in helping me to reach my fitness goals. After being a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for more than 3/4 of my life, I wanted a break. I found that I was eating the same amount and not working out at all. I soon ballooned and gained more than 60 lbs. I was 25, fat and desperate to regain my former “self” back.

I came to Rob in desperation. I was depressed and helpless. I had never worked out on my own. I always had a coach yelling and pushing me to work harder and be stronger and faster. I told Rob that I wanted no mercy and for him to kick my lazy ass back in to shape.  Rob and I work out 3 days a week in the park. He uses a fun, dynamic and ever changing routine. We use everything and anything to get results. Rob genuinely cares about having fun and using innovative techniques to keep the workouts engaging. He motivates me to want to work harder, run faster, and jump higher.

I owe Rob my life. He literally saved me. I cannot thank him enough for teaching me that working out can be fun and necessary to live a fulfilled life.
