Legs & Shoulder Workout

This workout was put together by Tomek Kosalka and Rob immediately wanted to take a crack at it.

Tomek’s Challenge
10 Jump Overs
20 Shoulder Press
30 Hop Overs
20 Upright Rows
20 Box Jumps
Repeat 4 x for time.

Rob did it in 11:55. Check out the video to see what weights he used and see if you can beat his time!
