Guys, get your notepads for this interview with Kamal Patel, director of Examine.com,who busts the “food myths” that have been confusing you for the last 30 years.  A nutrition researcher with an MPH and MBA from John Hopkins University, Kamal dives into why gluten may not be the devil, why fish oils maybe overrated, and why Big Business makes it hard to maneuver through the nutrition research.  He is a man who is filtering through the phony research to help you get to the truth about supplementation and what is needed versus what is a marketing scheme.

About  Kamal

Kamal became interested in nutrition in college realizing he wanted to change is body.  He found that nutrition, more than exercise, was the biggest factor in gaining muscle mass and having a healthier self.  After receiving his degrees in public health at Johns Hopkins, he began his career in the researching the world of sleep watches.

Later he moved into nutrition research before becoming the director of Examine.com.  Examine.com is a website dedicated to uncovering the truth about supplement research separate from big company funding.  A laid back sort of guy, Kamal is passionate in busting food myths and giving you accurate information on supplements and your health.
