3 Home Circuit Workouts

A fast moving circuit workout can be one of the best ways to work your muscles to fatigue while also getting in a good cardio workout. You’ll want to have a few pieces of equipment at home so you can make sure to get the best full body workout possible.

Here’s a list of equipment you’ll want to have around. Here are a few workouts that will crush you in under 20 minutes.

Pyramid Workout
10 Squat Jumps
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
40 Shoulder Press (Resistance Bands or Kettle Bells)
50 Split Lunge Jumps (Count every other rep)
40 Shoulder Press
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Squat Jumps

10 Round Challenge (Time Yourself)
10 Push Ups
10 Walking Lunges with Weight Over Head
10 Pull Up
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Supermans

1 Minute Challenge (Take exactly 1 minute to rest between each exercise)
Max Out on each exercise for one minute:
-Push Ups
-Pull Ups
-Shoulder Press
-Air Squats
-Burpees
-Sit Ups
Rinse and repeat if you’re feeling like a badass!

The point of these circuits is to push yourself to your limit. Make sure to record your time and/or results, as this will be the best way to judge your progress.
