If you are not into the group workout scene and not quite ready to jump into the Sky Fit Challenge, then working with Rob one-on-one is your best choice.  Every individual has different needs and Rob is dedicated to helping his clients accomplish their personal goals.   Each workout program is designed specifically for the client’s needs, whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, tone up or gain muscle.

It’s important when working toward your goals that you have a powerful support group and that’s exactly what Rob will become.  He will contact you between sessions to check in and help you keep on the right path.   One of the toughest obstacles to overcome when getting in shape is consistent motivation.

Rob doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk.  Last year he competed in the Rose Bowl Half Marathon, San Diego Rock-n-Roll Marathon, Malibu Spartan Race and Los Angeles Olympic Triathlon.  Rob believes the best way to stay in shape is to set goals you have to stick to.
