Rob goes into why some fruit juices are as bad for you as a Snickers bar as well as what kinds of juices are good for you. Then, guest Garry Matthews, head trainer of G-Train Fitness, joins Rob inspiring you with tips towards achieving your fitness goals. He even gives you a full body workout that will take you under an hour to complete.

Originally from Trinidad, Garry moved to the US where he was introduced to American sports, influencing him to embrace health and fitness as a profession. He then created G-Train Fitness in North Hollywood to motivate others towards a healthy life. Garry’s Full Body Workout
8 minutes cardio warm up
- Begin at moderate speed/resistance
- After 2-3 minutes, increase to a higher speed/resistance
- Finish with a small push at the end to make sure your muscles are warmed up
Legs (15 Minutes)
- Squat (full range with/without ball
- Add Squat Rack or dumbbells
- Leg Extensions
- Hamstring Curls
- Walking Lunges
Back (15 Minutes)
- Rows
- Pull Downs
- Bent Over Rows
- Back Flys
Chest (15 Minutes)
- Push Ups
- Dumbbells
- Bench Press
- (Make Sure to use multiple plains adding inclines)
Triceps
- Kick backs
- Tricep push down
- Push Ups in closed position
Abs
- Leg Lifts (Lower Abs)
- Power Crunch (Mid-Upper Abs)
- Bicycles (obliques)
Garry’s Guidelines on Nutrition
- You can’t out exercise bad nutrition
- Eat every 2.5 -3 hours to keep your metabolism going
- Keep time between meals consistent
