“Rob is a phenomenal trainer. Thanks to his work, for the first time in about ten years of ““trying to lose about 15 pounds”” I’m finally starting to see a difference. He’’s incredibly focused and tailors each workout to his client’s specific needs. He also keeps you on your toes – in 6 months of training i have yet to do the same workout twice. He has an extraordinary depth of knowledge and is constantly finding different ways to push you and further your progress. He lets you know how to get the most out of each exercise all the while, keeping a watchful eye to make sure you maintain good form throughout.

His enthusiasm is contagious and is a constant source of motivation both during the session and the week. Not only has he helped with my workouts but he’s also been a driving force in keeping my nutrition in check, and he isn’t afraid to call me out when he senses I’m falling off the wagon. One of the best things though is, in addition to getting the cosmetic weight and strength I’ve wanted, he always manages to incorporate movements that also improve balance, flexibility and – to my mother’s delight – posture, so I leave each session feeling ready to take on anything. I would recommend Rob to anybody, and everybody- you will be hard pressed to find a better trainer!”
