Cooking It Up

This afternoon my nutritionist, Christy came over for Extreme Makeover: Kitchen Edition. We went through every piece of food in my kitchen and got rid of everything that’s not on my nutrition plan…all the sugars, the processed foods, the pastas and breads, and even my favorite taco shells. Ouch!
