Going From Fit2Fat2Fit: A Discussion of Healthy Lifestyles
This week, NASM personal trainer of the Dollar Workout Club, Drew Manning, shared his Fit2Fat2Fit fitness journey.
I was also joined by one of our previous guests, Josh Trent from Wellness Force Radio, to talk about the Ketogenic and Paleo diets as well as how to live a healthy lifestyle. If some of you remember from awhile ago, we had another guest on the podcast, Kristen Mancinelli, who shared what the Ketogenic Diet is all about and her experience of getting to the state of Ketosis.
Whatever fitness journey you’re on, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is vital to reaching your goals.
Drew’s Fitness Journey of Fit2Fat2Fit
Drew’s fitness journy is how he went from going from being obsessed with being fit, to fat in 6 months and how he planned on showing everyone how to get back to fit again in 6 more months.
His diet was unrestricted and he refrained from any exercise during his fat stage. He planned on putting on around 50-60 pounds. After those 6 months, he has been teaching people how to get back in shape by allowing everyone to follow his specific meal plans and workout plans on his website, https://www.fit2fat2fit.com and in his book, Fit2Fat2Fit.
He documented his progress every step of the way and blogged about it, from weekly pics, measurements, and even allowing people to decide what fatty foods he should partake of during his fat stage.
