Full Body Workout – I Love Burpees!

While stuck inside due to the freezing cold temperatures in Pittsburgh this week, I was able to pump out another 20 minute workout.

This one is a crusher! Same as the last one, it’s a timed workout: 50 Seconds Moving/10 Seconds Rest. 10 Exercises!

-Roll Back Burpee + Tuck Jump
-Walk out to Push Up Progression
-Reverse Snow Angels
-Box Jumps
-Pike Press or Handstand Push Ups
-Lawn Mowers
-Plank Tricep Press
-Lateral Squat Jump + Tuck
-Hip Shift
